Monica Cavallaro - Cake Designer, Baker, Teacher, Demonstrator, Brand Amabassador and Presenter.
Moreish Cakes as a concept started back in 2009 when founder and artist, Monica Cavallaro, started creating celebration cakes for her family. As the years went by, requests started to filter in from family and friends for cakes and bakes for parties. It was only when offers to pay for bakes come in did Monica think, there is something here…..
Background
In 2013, after a long battle with illness, Monica, needing a creative outlet placed her spare energy into baking and perfecting her recipes with the view to officially launch and grow Moreish Cakes.
Having had cakes published in local news letters and small magazines, including some great shares online in social media, Monica is always keen to show case skills, motivation and inspiration where ever possible. Monica maintains great friendships with local and overseas fellow cake makers and loves nothing more than a cup of chai tea and a cake chat!
Monica adores to take a cake idea or concept to the next level. She is always hungry to learn more and pours her heart and talent into each and every cake and experiments constantly with techniques and products.
"OMG!! That cake was so delicious, everyone loved it Bella, the flavour was so yummy and awesome. You got so many compliments and was asked to let you know how beautiful it was from some of the guests, again thank you!!! You are blessed with so much talent.
