Beach chic for Lauren and Andrew's wedding. Celebrated at the uber trendy Wylie's Baths at Coogee, this location was drop dead gorgeous.
Stunning cake!
Though.... the stairs to deliver a bloody heavy 4 tier cake down by were treacherous!!! I could barely walk down them, I don't know how hubby managed to get down and with that HUGE cake in his arms... omg!
The brief was simple. beach chic, naked cake...... Keep it simple Monica.. ok then!
We created a lower height 4 tier wedding cake, slathered in lashing of coconut white chocolate ganche, hand crafted and molded edible sea shells and finished it off in taped wired fresh orchids and roses. Placed on a gorgeous Domayne wall art that looked a treat!
The cake looked lovely and moist as they feed it to each other and I smiled as Andrew kept licking his fingers long after he's eaten his piece!
