This is one of my favourite reception halls in Sydney - Curzon Hall - it’s so “old world charm” that no matter how often I visit it, I still pause for a moment to enjoy it.

This is Cyrell and Nic’s wedding. Cute couple!
The theme was Elegance with a simple with a white and gold colour palette.
Oh the flowers! Simply amazing by Melissa from Unique Wedding Flowers
We choose a simple and clean look to then add a little cake lace, edible Over the Top Gold Leaf and then fresh flowers onsite.
Had a bit of fun with this cake, and switched up the shapes of the tier.
5” round - Moreish Buttercake with Butterscotch schnapps syrup, choc chip ganache
7” round - Moreish Buttercake with Raspberry vodka syrup with Berry Fresh Crushed Freeze Dried Strawberries in white chocolate truffle covered in white chocolate ganache
9” square - Alternate layers of vanilla and chocolate cake with Butterscotch schnapps syrup, salted caramel crisp with caramel sauce, caramel ganache yummo!
